Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

After approx six months, I returned a faulty pair of expensive corporate black trousers to the Amani David jones store - in good intent assuming Amani would exchange and be horrified at such a fault. NB.

There were unexplainable holes in one upper trouser leg. They have had these trousers now for nearly 3 months trying to resolve with corporate and today I was passed the message from head of Amani Australia that no exchange.

As a very loyal and trusting customer of Amani with quite a few expensive purchases, I am bitterly disappointed to corporate Amani treatment. David jones staff were sadly disempowered.
